Don,
I saw this one too. I guess we both scrounge around on Craigslist.
This is a steal, based on today's Hoaf prices. I'd be on my way to pick it up already, if I didn't already own one. The 2015 pricing on this 40 x 60 cm model was $5,725. I'm not sure of the current price.

Thank you for the heads up on the kiln. Just arrived in the studio. Looking forward to seeing what this kiln will do. In good shape considering its age!
