The current issue of the BSMGP, The Journal of Stained Glass, Vol XLII has an article about the stained/painted glass at Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland......it discusses the deterioration of the painted glass, the type of glass used then, the type of glass to use for restoration, etc. etc......at some point all the chapters of each issue are available on line, but it will probably not be until the next year's issue has been printed......The current glass was designed and manufactured by Clayton & Bell in London....1856-1887
