Duke Chapel restoration is finally complete....stained glass as well as many aspects of the interior. Initial work by G. Owen Bonawit studio, with a named artist, S. Charles Jaekle. being credited with much of the work. Mary Higgins was involved with the condition report for the st. glass work.

Bonawit Studio also did the windows at Yale University Chapel, and Northwestern Univ. Chapel near Chicago.

The stained glass was restored by four studios. Guido and Andrew Goldkuhle, who had continued the work on the chapel begun by their father, Dieter, led the project and were joined by Scott Taylor and myself in order to finish all the windows in the chancel within eight months. All the studios converged on the site to take out and later install our respective windows and it was great to see everyone. A great project all around! Best, Mary
