Hi All,
I could use suggestions for a proposal I have due by Wednesday February 6,
I want to sandblast on an 8¹ high 3¹ wide piece of glass and to have painted color on at least the upper 2/3 without having to divide it into smaller units? I'm imagining silver stain. The largest kiln I have access to now is 6¹. How might I be able to solve this in the metro NY area? (without going to Germany.)
Thanks! Ellen

Contact Hollander Glass in Edison NY. I've seen that they have huge kilns there for custom projects. Perhaps they can help.

If Charles Flickenger is up and running after Hurricane Sandy destroyed his shop, he would be a good person to talk with.
Best, Mary
