I am in the market for a small kiln (around 16" square shelf) for painting. I am very interested in a Hoaf, but have been unable to get any information on prices or distributors in the USA. Has anyone bought a Hoaf recently and if so, where? If I can't get one of them, is there another kiln that anyone recommends? I will have to have it in my basement - vented, and would want it to be user friendly. Thanks for any suggestions

Thanks, Steve. I've tried to track Gil down before, but I'll try again.

Hi,
Please call me and I can help get the Hoaf flash kiln delivered to you.
I just ordered one 2 years ago for a studio in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
They are definitely worth it. We have had our large Hoaf for over 30 years and would never go back to the electric ones. There are adapters that can be purchased at Home Depot and you can connect this to a 100 pound propane tank on the outside of the wall.
