Rochester, Minnesota st. glass in a hospital....to encourage organ donations.

The artist states there are 2 things to consider....one is the design and then all the technical things....
perhaps under the technical things she considers the "light" and the background........does the window face N, S, E, W.....what part of the day does it receive light, if at all......what is in the background that might determine opalescent or translucent glass, or transparent glass.......?? Other comments??
